Many people are opposed to outsourcing. Many people in india as well, think that working in call centres/bpo is not worth. We can find many number of young talents in India are young,competant,capable,intelligent,vibrant but due to many reasons cannot prove their worth ,out of which family discouragement is one such reason.
But why ? I dont find a reason not to accept outsourcing. Infact today indian economy is sky rocketing due to high earning powers and young people who start their wonderful career pretty early in life.
But yes, each and every situation can be viewed in 2 perspectives - positive and negative. Likewise, each and every instance in life has both advantages and disadvantages.
In the coming days i will be discussing abut the top companies to work with in india, the most respected Bpo’s in india,the various advantages and dis-advantages working in a bpo.
Not to forget i will also be providng with indepth info about the work culture.
